Downtown Dental offers great dental services, and I always enjoyed the staff. I’ve been going to Downtown Dental for almost 6 years. It’s always a good thing when you know you are in good hands. I recently went to Downtown Dental for some dental work. Dr. Lou and the dental assistant Li Li made me feel very relax😎. I watched some TV and before I knew it, I was talking to AJ about my next appointment. Great people and great service!
The entire care team including Dr. Lu were incredibly kind and intentional with their care and the information they shared. I also felt heard and Lili consistently checked in. Happy to have found this place.
Dr. Lu and his team are amazing. I was on the fence about straightening my teeth after failures in the past, but AJ presented my Invisalign treatment plan in a very affordable way and I'm so glad I did it. It was a simple and relatively painless process that took less than a year and a half. While I never disliked my teeth, I didn't think I would like them as much as I do now.
The entire staff is incredibly kind and patient. There is no pressure and no judgement passed in the slightest. Everyone is so kind and willing to help. Can not recommend Dr Lu and the entire Downtown Dental staff enough!
